You want me to unwrap it? or do you have your own way of doing things?

good work, but why are there phillips-head screws on a precision futureweapon? its not like its arts and crafts or anything. Also, fix the blocky heatsink right above the front grip. The bolt also looks wimpy, bulk it up. The front grip is hideous, add more more subdivs to that thing so its not a frickin block. Trigger is too thick, and looks like it would be uncomfortable to the touch. Human weaponry uses touch sensitive pads for their rifles, only pistol type weaponry have triggers. Overall though, its leaps and bounds over the crappier model. finish these modifications i stated above, and it'll be a great weapon. Good work.

Kenney, I am sure he will unwrap it himself. It helps him in the skinning process, so don't bother. Also, it's a tad bit on the boxy side in my opinion, but I like it.

Do what Wave said, and you can feel free to unwrap as much of it as you want if you have time. It'll definitely save me some time. I'll most likely change the layout when you give it to me though, grouping alike shades and materials together and such. Fully unwrapped I could skin it in 1 sitting. That includes bump, spec etc.

That's not what you told me when I offered to unwrap the brutes. D:

I understand though. In any case, I like it better than the old model, and once it's revised, I'll be animating it. >;D

Hope I can do it some justice.

[edit] The origins will look something like this (minus the H2 hands, will be using the H1 hands).

Not much different than the older ones, but I am going to make sure the melee isn't fail and the reload is nice. Same with the rest of the animations.

Yeah but bipeds are hard and i didn't want anyone to screw dem ups. With bipeds I have a particular way of laying the uvs out and a particular way I like to skin the head and hands and such.

I realized this, thus i made it the same preportions and the mag is in the same place. The only thing you would need to do is move the front hand up a little, since the grip isnt as low...

I rushed hand positions here, but its a general idea for the FP view...

Yeah. Originally Teh Lag was going to just tweak the old animations to fit it, but they just need a new set.

The old firing animation made me want to stab myself. It doesn't look like recoil at all. It just does some kind of backward wobble.
