lol ross, no it's not. It's literally copying one of the channels from the extracted normal map, copying it as a layer on the diffuse texture, and setting overlay blend to fakebump it, then going in with burn and dodge tool to make highlights and shadows to unfail the bitmap, then copying the guns specular map from the alpha of the diffuse texture as a new RGB bitmap then overlaying a greyscaled of the diffuse texture onto that, then overlaying the same normal map channel used earlier ontop of that, and making it coloured pink/purple and colouring things green and shit for glow and crap accordingly. The only people who know the amount of effort put into painting a model from scratch are the ones who've done it.
It's seriously like 10 minutes work in my eyes. Does look good though.
