What did he do? Also by public do you mean releasing a map on Halomaps or respected H2v members only? If you ment public by uploading the map to Halomaps then I'm going to -rep paintballa and say I'll edit this post and say I hate him.

No, people kept bothering me these last 2 weeks for beta tests thinking there special or for a public release so It just got to me so I just canceled public one when the weapons are done
