Actually you CAN cheat in Halo 2 for Vista/XP

On vista, get Cheat Engine, put scanning to 2 bytes, exact value. H2V, get out your Assault rifle, and check the ammo on top (the number). Back to Cheat Engine, search the AR ammo, and you get many addresses, back to H2V, shoot some more, and reload. Search for the new ammo, and you're left with 2 addresses, each which you can freeze at 9999 and there we go, 9999 ammo.

This goes for the clip as well, we have 36 bullets in a full clip, search 36, shoot one burst = 3 bullets, so next search for 33 bullets, and then 30. Again you're left with 2 addresses, freeze each at 9999 and we have bottomless_clip from Halo CE Dev.

A bit late there =/ some people knew that already, there are trainers for them so you don't have to waste your time (unless you want to tickle your curiosity).

And I don't think anyone said you CAN'T cheat in halo 2...It's said that you can't ACCESS any DEVmode or Console.

Halo 2 does NOT have cheats like the ones in HaloCE. Nor can you some how magically enable ANY of them with some fucking "trainer". They do NOT exist, period.

"Cheats" as in like they had in Halo CE, like deathless_player, and bottomless_clip.

Please READ better, to get the idea that Halo CE is NOT Halo 2 Vista.

I'd say there's a distinct difference between hacking and hacking. Making a SP-trainer, opening the HEK and making a servertool helps people. Auto-shoots, superjumps, superspeeds etc. is a big Kiwi if you ask me...
