Wow... I played this with very little FPS loss.

BUGS:
The textures on the poles, when compared to everything else, are ew. Change the textures.
The teleporter that allows you to exit from the bottom floor is facing at a slightly wrong angle, when you go through, you hit the wall if you don't turn right away.
On the top level, there's a cave area that serves no purpose that I can think of.
As Masterz pointed out, shader_models don't fit in with the level. Change the bitmaps on the shader_models to something a bit more detailed.

SUGGESTIONS:
It needs some weapon spawns. I understand it's still in beta, but putting in some weapons would be a good next step.
On the billboard announcing... Announcements for the ship, change the ship's name to something other than the Pillar of Autumn.
In one of the caves, you might want to give a view of the surrounding area, maybe a shot of the ship, on fire and in ruins.
If you don't go for the shot of part of the ship, maybe add a destroyed bridge section in.
Add some dead crewmen and marines. They would help to add to the feel of the map, and explain why there's blood everywhere, but no bodies.
There's a red... thing blocking the bulletin board. Move it away, it makes no sense blocking the view of the board.
Add in some scenery strewn about. This ship went from a very high speed to a stop suddenly when it crashed. Things should have been flung forward, smashing into walls, some "sticking", some bouncing off, leaving a dent or a hole.
