You should have posted specs here, and you should have just built your own computer instead of buying one...
Processor: It's the new 45nm core, it's worth it since it's much easier to overclock, runs cooler, and will probably last longer.
Motherboard: Only really buggy when over clocking, other than that it's fine.
Memory: 3GB of ram doesn't go well with most comps, 4GB he would need a 64bit OS.
Video Card: Yes, you could of gotten much better.

Paint you really should of listened to us and just bought all the separate pieces and put it together yourself. Now you have a moderately good computer that has a high end price. But you could of made it high end had you not bought it prebuilt. I don't think there was a single person on this forum that said you should get a prebuilt pc, but that you should built your own. I really can't say anything else besides that was just flat out stupid.
