Speaking of monitors...

I learned something after doing some research on my current monitor-

Find out what type of panel it is. Specifically, make sure it isn't Twisted Nematic (TN)- based.

They have crappy viewing angles, and if you view it at any angle but the front the color is off. The only selling point is a 5ms-7ms response time, and the price.

Unfortunately, they are also the most common type. Basically, if all they advertise is the response time, and it's cheap, it's a TN panel.

If you were to buy my monitor (Q241wb) now, it would be a TN panel. Luckily, I got one of the last VA panel ones they made, and it works amazingly nicely.
