Slow, not very secure, can get hi-jacked very easily...the list goes on. I used FireFox right up to only two days ago. My FireFox is jacked with some type of malware even Kaspersky 2009 does't detect so I switched to Chrome.

I doubt it's malware if nothing is picking it up. You probably screwed up a setting, screwed up your profile, or screwed up an add-on. So either delete your profile completely or start the browser in safe mode and disable everything.
