that was a learning curb for me and the community. nobody had bothered to detail insides of buildings like that before. The project was handed off to a few guys that really wanted to texture it, but it was just too much for anyone at the time.

All the Delta Halo UI tags are on that vista drive. Some people have the UI but there's updated pause menus for multiplayer/single player that nobody else has.

I have the CMT pause menu and the regular standard pause menu too, if you need either. Pretty sure I have almost all the tif's as well.
