The difference though as I understand it is that you guys did a driveable vehicle and these guys are just trying to do an NPC?

e: disregard that, they're trying to get an AI to drive a scarab vehicle.

You should skip the vehicle part and just make the Scarab a massive "Biped". Either that, or do the smart thing and just not include the Scarab.
