I've only just gotten over my fear of strange dogs because of our kelpie (I was chased around the school by a stray and then bitten in year 3), still a bit edgy around cockroaches. I don't freak out at the mere sight of them, but I don't like when they come near me. You can blame Mouse Hunt for that, where the mayor guy eats one and has a heart attack :F
