They both have a laser in single player (and guess what SPv2 stands for ). Don't know what Half-Life you're playing. I even just checked.

IIRC, Opposing Force and Blue Shift (or rather, the high-def model pack for Half-Life), though in Blue Shift the LAM seems to be purely cosmetic.
