    From what I was told by m00kz and my freind a few blocks away. They did not see my server on the server list. At all. As in NOT THERE.

    I sent him the IP adress to my computer and he joined through direct IP. This worked.

    No, you didn't. The games are reporting Inferno's LAN IP to the master server.

    The only workaround I can think of off the top of my head is to put your real IP into the server name with a message to connect via DirectIP. Great for testing sessions, though most people who want to just play will be turned away by the extra step.

    Check your router settings again to see if there's anything else game related you can screw with. You could try giving your PC a static IP on your network and then putting that IP into the DMZ, though be forewarned that if you use Steam, DMZ might make Steam not work.

    i got the dlink dgl-4100 and ingame shows my internal ip, but people are still able to join.

    You should be able to change local ip to what it needs in halo i think. Dunno don't feel like going and looking.

    You can only define the client and server ports in Halo's settings. However, you can tell the dedicated server what IP to use via a command line option.
