Oh I forgot and then when we are done we put links on other Wikipedia pages BACK to ours that are relevant (like from the Halo 2 page) and that more securely foots it.

I probably should have said this in my first post. If you guys can make a great page before the mods take it down, great, but if they do take it down, make sure you have a sizable article before you attempt to post it again.

They have articles on small burger joints in southern Texas. We're just as significant as them.

I doubt it. This site has ~3,400 members, an Alexa rank in the 400,000s, and has done nothing historically significant or noteworthy. I'm not trying to diss this site, I'm just trying to explain why it doesn't belong in an encyclopedia. I've contributed to Wikipedia in the past; I know how they work. I would honestly be willing to bet money the moderators there will delete it.

They have an article on my forum software, which has five total users (including myself...) and has never been used on any significant site. Websites and software get special treatment in terms of notability (you need much less to deserve an article).

I agree with Bacon. I think if we do what I said a couple of posts up we definitely have a shot at getting on there.

Don't forget about Open Sauce in the Modacity page guys! Another thing that we should include is Halo Maps. I think that if we added the whole Custom Edition community to the wikis that it would actually fill out nicely. Someone try making a Halo: Custom Edition wiki as well.

Which is what happens when the sum total of article is a poorly formatted paragraph or two without appropriate links or lead in.

If you want this done, do it right. Start from a user page and build a strong article. Divide things into sections, use the website block template, link to references to us on other sites (we've appeared on HBO, and if I'm not mistaken, we've even been referenced on b.net). You can't simply start editing a blank page and expect it to work out right off the bat.

Also, for the record, just because it's been marked for deletion doesn't mean it's going to be deleted immediately or that you can't start a new article in its place.
