I believe TripleHead2Go/DualHead2Go require monitors of the same size, but SoftTH will let you define the resolutions for the "secondary" monitors. I haven't played with that though, since all my monitors are 1920x1200 24 inchers. All you have to do to "disable" the third monitor is set "DeviceIDLeft/Right=" to "-1" depending on what monitor you're missing, I have no left monitor so it's "DeviceIDLeft=-1" in the config... Until tomorrow...
