Halo Reach leaked shots! (spoilers?)

I'm probably paranoid and coming up with any reason to believe this isn't real, but am I the only one who thinks that looks a hell of a lot like the H1 hog's textures?

Keep in mind this is set before H1. It's entirely possible that they're using similar textures, and you can't exactly tell how detailed they are.
