Halo 2 looked pretty damn good, but I wouldn't say it was the best. Some of the face models were horrible (The "We're Drifting" guy in Delta Halo is a good example). Doom 3, Unreal Championship 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3 looked better in my opinion. Halo 2 did some things good, other things not so great, and same with the other games.
