$10 a year is a lot for a domain name.

    Nice site though.

My god, its a table *suicides*

Yeah, you really need margins between the Paul...3D Work logo, and the "Resume, Professional Work, Personal Work.." etc., because I kept accidentally clicking on the logo, instead of the professional work logo.

Also its bad idea to have a chuck of text saved as an image, and another word of advice, try to avoid using mailto:<YOUR EMAIL>, you'll get spam bots picking it up and they will keep sending you crap, if I was you I'd save your email address as a picture and put that on.

Edit: Check your pm's, I have an offer

    Re: I know notepad!

the artwork is amazing, which you would expect. but the website is lacking the interesting look. The only indication that the image is a link is by the cursor changing to a hand. I also thought at first that the image was three separate images.

the title is also very boring, make a 3d brain and render that out then place that up the top left of the page maybe, so that you can only see 3/4 of it. if you understand what I mean.
When presenting your artwork as well I would suggest that you put it in different categorize, for example "Weapons", "Vehicles", "Environments". Or have a small thumbnail image for each piece of artwork.

You could also write some PHP and JavaScript to fetch the images or page with the art on instead of reloading the page all of the time, which makes viewing the website quicker, and use less bandwidth. Which means you could simply have 3 pages for example: "resume", "gallery", "contact?".

http://www.eklettica.com/ - His layout for the images is nice, but lacks interactivity and rollover effects.
http://www.matthewlichy.com/index.html - His layout of the images is also good and has rollover effects, but the rest of the page is black and white and lacks interest.
http://cgman1375.carbonmade.com/ - The same layout as the above two, has rollover effects and the rest of the page is nice and simple.
http://www.mgrote.com/ - GOOD - I really like this one and think it's nice and interesting, but at the same time professional and simple.
http://www.stianlarsen.com/folio2/index.html - This one is also a good one.

Use some ideas from the above portfolios

Neuro: On your portfolio you should post how long it takes you to make those high-quality assets (ie make the model, then how long you spend unwrapping if any at all) if a game or media company is interested, won't they ask you for that info?

I noticed you have the games you have worked on, but when I click on the actual game cover, it doest bring me to you're work you have done on it.
I would make separate sections for that. Also, you're resume should probably be a separate page. It looks a little unprofessional.

I'm going to be helping Neuro spice up the site so thanks for your comments they have been noted. Your right Dwood, you want to basically give as much information as you can (without obviously going mad), companies may not bother to email you asking for details, you want to do your most so they have to do very little.
