Turns out retail version costs 1/3 more than the download version...fucking EA and their anti-eco friendly prices.
How bigs the download?

I tried it out on an all unlocks server. Just like most sniper rifles in this game, it's nothing special
Fire rate is slow, and damage/bullet isn't much more than the Mk11. It's still 2-shot to the body to kill and 3 for really far away. You can put any scope on it, though, and a handgrip and silencer. So if you're close quarters marksman, you're good with that. I REALLY wish games would give the M14 variants full-auto even if it isn't realistic. The M39 has a bipod, which would lower a lot of recoil on full-auto. Th FP view looks more like a traditional M14, sort of like the one in COD4 with rails. I liked BC2's M14 EBR look better, though.

Wow awesome, I got Knife service star, Engineer service star, Flag attacker dog tags and level 16 all in one round and none of it got recorded. Cool.
Might be a sign that I should go outside. I'm gonna ignore it.
