It's worth getting for the online co-op or for a nice nostalgia trip if you haven't played H1 in a while.

More or less this. It's also a nice buy if you fathom a good representation of how technology has changed over the decade. Though no new physics or improved animations (they did a very bad job), environments and graphical overlays have taken incredible leaps forward. If anything, this is apparent in The Truth and Reconciliation level piece.

New physics would have colossally ruined the game. Just saying.

Not really, but I see what you mean in terms of vehicles since that can greatly affect their mobility. I mean in the relationship between animations and physics.

Updating the vehicle physics would have ruined the vast majority of cool tricks you can do as well as destroying the nostalgic feel of them.

Yeah, when reverting to 2001, it's apparent just how much better technology has gotten. It really is one of my favorite levels aesthetically. Halo (a30) has been my favorite one so far though. On AotCR now, will get back to it soon.

Saber. How can you make a menu this bad Saber. Interactive (heh).

It's made with Scaleform technology. That is, Flash. Selecting menu shit is too sensitive. Can't be my controller's fault as not other game tweaks out when navigating menu options.
