Anything with a soft- or hollow-point will. That's the point (lol). Bigger bullet diameter = more energy transfer. It also usually means a worse ballistic coefficient (mitigated by increasing length+changing the overall shape). A soft or hollow point allows you to increase diameter without actually increasing the diameter, therefore preserving the round's coefficient for the most part.
