Actually, thats not the story I read when it came out at all.

What I had read was about American citizens who are Hispanic buying loads of semi-automatic AK style guns and bringing them across the border to sell to the cartels. Thats a border patrol problem, not an ATF problem. And yes, it has been a disaster.

Don't forget the Russian SKS's, I wish the prices were like then in the 90's so I wouldn't have to pay 350 up to 450ish, I'm uninterested in paying for a RU SKS above 430 but if it's one I'm solely after I'll take it, that is not after negotiations first and a good inspection.

And a gun show in GR is coming up in 2 weeks, I'm interested to see the new place they got that they say is supposedly a ton bigger then the last so I can go hunting for something for 3 hours.

The $150 Norinco SKS looks good too. Thats less than the cost of 1000 rounds these days!
