^Agreed, though it makes no fucking sense in a gif. Hashtags are only useful on twitter, where they link similar posts by keyword. I'll also accept them if they make a funny or ironic comment on the post itself, e.g. "My shower keeps going from hot to cold #firstworldproblems" or something. The only thing I can think of is that in that gif they were trying to make "winter" a keyword? Idk, it's dumb.
