I haven't investigated. While it would be interesting in checking it out and possibly hacking such support back in, I don't consider it that interesting or worth while of a venture.

While looking into the player information values for a TTL guy comparing movement values across all the different games, I noticed that the player representation information element for elites is completely empty. So elites in MP have been completely stripped out.
