3) I finished replaying the game the other day. Ended with a little over 2bil in M's account, and 1.8bil in F/T's accounts. Only thing I ever bought during the story was the mod shop with F (for modding a car for the last job). Never bought ammo or upgrades. Saved it all for assassination missions and stock
