well i would think the ultimate overall climate control would be do have a vacuum in between like double pane windows that have a vacuum between them. works for heat and cold.

Vacuum chambers as such don't respond so well to puncturing.
And heat is a form of electromagnetic energy, which can pass unhindered in vacuum.
well this is the year 2500+. scientists have invented magic by now. can we get back on topic?
anyone know the rounds per second of the jackal plasma rifle? just want to know what im dealing with here
higher than the Brute Plasma Rifle. As for exact, I don't know, it depends on if you count cooldown from overheating or not.
As if Jackals couldn't already fire that plasma pistol faster than a plasma rifle in the first place...
Elites didn't need long bursts...the Plasma Rifle took your shields down in four hits. Your armor was more resilient than your shields on Legendary, which is sad (however, 1 needle stuck in you was one bar of health down).
In Halo 1, 4 single shots of the Plasma pistol equals -1% charge. 2 single shots on the Plasma Rifle equals -1% charge. In Halo 2, it's the other way around, but the number of shots per percent varies by one in either direction, to make it seem random.
what? Plasma Rifle in Halo 2 was moderately strong, at least stronger than a popping plasma pistol. Unless u dual wield that with an SMG...then, i'll reconsider. The PR in Halo was OK. It looked crappy anyways and the sound was shit.
