Cannon has a clip and fires strait.

also cannon has that digital visual enhancer. the fuel rod gun however is obviously the superior weapon.

Why do you say that? The Fuel Rod Cannon fires straight, it uses ammo and no energy, its way more accurate, and the Fuel Rod Gun shoots at an arch and it doesn't shoot accurate because you can tell the shots go outside of the reticle.

I do believe that the cannon is actually the more powerful hunter/banshee weapon. The fuel rod gun is the hand-held version.

Picking up a fuel rod gun in Halo PC tells you "picked up a fuel rod gun". Picking one up in Halo 2 tells you "picked up a fuel rod cannon".

I like the fuel rod gun better cause the fuel rod cannon just feels like a rocket launcher with a bigger clip and different firing effects :|
