Here's one way, even though someone will have to manually change it. There's a console command to change the message of the day (I think it's sv_motd [insert message, with quotes, here, minus the brackets], but I can't remember.)

if I remember right, that is in fact ded servers.

That is to set where to find the MOTD file for dedicated servers. Which you would name the file motd.txt.

so are we trying to get heaps of people to change the url in that or are we trying to get permission from bungie to use that URL?
