If you hadn't told me that was High Charity, I would never have guessed it.
It needs a lot more purple because atm, it looks like somebody gave the moon tentacles and grafted it onto the side of the halo (it looks like a freaking tumor in the sky pic below, why hasn't it fallen off or anything - move it)

Sooooo much happening in this pic. My main gripe though is the galaxy in the distance. Even if that's meant to be the milky way (idk, never played that far into H3 ), there is no way it'd be that bright by day (or visible at all, do you even see Mars or Jupitor in the daytime sky?).

You can see the milky way quite clearly from the Ark in Halo 3.

You're right, there is a lot happening in the sky. The ark is a very busy place, especially at the core. However, I think that once I adjust colours and brightnesses, the sky will start to come together almost as one. The problem right now is the contrast between the blue sky, the blackness of space, the nebula, the core, and the ark/halo. I need to somehow stick with two colours; orange/red and blue in an elegant way to help unite different elements together while keeping interest. I don't want the sky to be distracting. Put simply, nothing's balanced out just yet; I'm just in the creation phase.
