I don't really know much about moding and what not but in the custom map "Beach Battle" there is a silenced SMG(idk if its a custom wep or not)



even if its not a custom weapon then the weapon its self is flawed.....as seen by the red mark on the screen shot.(that went away when i switched to the regular smg)

No. CMT got it's silenced SMG idea from the tags hidden in h2 maps, sort of like the covenant engineers in h1. I guess nitro decided to put it into use.

The tags are all there, you can add it to your maps if you want. I suspect the red thing was supposed to be a laser sight or something.

Laser sight on a SMG? what would the be point of that? a laser sight on a BR, or pistol, I can see, but a SMG?

yeah smg is a close combat weapon...snipers fit with laser beamies
