Top of the helmet appears to bulge out far too much, and the neck is too skinny for a Spartan. The midsection is a bit wide, like he's somewhat fat. Go with the girth of the H2 spartan model (The H1 spartan's midsection is obscured by a utility belt), that's what they look like around the middle. Better yet, use all the proportions of the H2 spartan, but give him the SPI armor. After all, it is only different armor. The spartan-IIIs may differ a bit, but I suspect not by much.

Also, I see no need for the "biohazard" symbol on the "belt" area.

I think you need to catch up on your halo edumacation.

Spartan III's are teenagers or just barely teens, usually around 12.

I think he hit the proportions dead on the head for it. But the biohazard symbol is just dumb.
